About Josh Ferris

Josh is an 8 year ministry veteran who is passionate about raising up the next generation of church leaders. As a Worship Pastor and Creative Director, he is passionate about developing effective systems, cultivating healthy cultures, and coaching high-impact teams to leverage the gospel and help redeem the Church to society.

Prior to ministry, Josh was a project manager at both a technical contracting company and major telecommunications provider in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, he spent 9 years as an infantry sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserve. With experience in the military, the marketplace, and ministry, he brings a uniquely broad perspective to Church leadership.

He is married to his wife Karrie of 20 years, and has 3 wonderful kids ages 11, 15 & 19. He is an avid backpacker, a home chef, a lover of travel, and a student of the simple and beautiful.
